BUSINESS
— If your company has a large number of limited English speaking employees, H.Ferr Consulting can help to ensure all employees understand company policies, procedures, and benefits.
H.Ferr interpreters must either be native speakers of the foreign language or have native fluency in the foreign language. They must also display native fluency in English. In addition to fluency in at least two languages, our interpreters are specially trained to interpret both medical and legal terminology. They also receive training on HIPAA regulations and they all sign a Code of Ethics. Click here for a copy of our Code of Ethics (106KB pdf). If your industry requires unique interpretation skills, let us know. We will work with you to make sure our interpreters have additional preparation specific to your needs.
While we appreciate as much advance notice you can give us, we do our best to get an interpreter to you promptly no matter when you need one. We recognize that many appointments are scheduled at the last minute and, because of our large staff and our experienced scheduling team, we welcome the opportunity to send an interpreter to even a short-notice appointment. We can generally have an interpreter to your location in as little as 30 minutes. We are a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week business!
