H.Ferr interpreters must either be native speakers of the foreign language or have native fluency in the foreign language. They must also display native fluency in English.
In addition to fluency in at least two languages, our interpreters are specially trained to interpret both medical and legal terminology. They also receive training on HIPAA regulations and all sign a Code of Ethics.
If your industry requires unique interpretation skills, let us know. We will work with you to make sure our interpreters have additional preparation specific to your needs.
While we appreciate as much advance notice as you can give us, we do our best to get an interpreter to you promptly no matter when you need one.
We recognize that many appointments are scheduled at the last minute. Because of our large staff and experienced scheduling team, we welcome the opportunity to send an interpreter even for short-notice appointments.
We can generally have an interpreter to your location in as little as 30 minutes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
H.Ferr Consulting services clients throughout Wisconsin. We provide services everywhere from home visits and attorney's offices to hospitals and clinics around the state.
We will need the date, time, and location of your appointment. We will also ask for the client or patient's name and the name of the responsible party.

Please notify us as soon as possible if an appointment is canceled. If the cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the minimum two-hour charge will be invoiced.
Yes, we are happy to provide interpreting services by phone. For example, clients frequently use our services to schedule or confirm appointments or to provide instructions prior to an appointment.
